Jamnagar
One of the foremost
princely states of the Saurashtra region, Jamnagar is today known
for it's tie and dye work on fabrics, silken and gold embroidery.
How
to reach: Directly connected
by air with Mumbai. It is a railhead on the Western Railway line,
connected with Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Jamnagar is linked by road with
Ahmedabad (304 kms), Dwarka (148 kms), Mumbai (782 kms), Rajkot (89
kms).
