Species found: Elephant, tiger, gaur, sambar, chital, barking deer, wild dog, wild boar, jackal, sloth bear, panther, chousingha, malabar squirrel, green pigeon,jungle fowl, etc.

How to reach: Nearest airport is at Bangalore (190 kms) and railhead is at Mysore (65 kms).

Nearest town: Gundulpet (20 kms).

Where to stay: Forest Lodges, Cottages and Forest Rest Houses.
