Introduction
One of the larger states in India, Uttar Pradesh spreads out from the north Indian plains to the Himalayan ranges of Nepal as well as to the eastern state of Bihar and parts of central India.

Agra
Agra is home to the Taj Mahal, a world famous destination, visited by almost all tourists, domestic and international.
How to reach: Agra is connected by air to Delhi, Varanasi and Khajuraho. Agra is also a major rail junction on the broad gauge routes connecting the Southern, Eastern and Western parts of India. Allahabad
Allahabad is a city built at the junction of three rivers, two of which - the Ganga and the Yamuna are the lifelines of the Indian subcontinent. The third river Saraswati is now extinct but exists in mythological folklore. It has also been a learning centre with one of the oldest universities of India located here.

Ayodhya
