| In A Garden Famous scholars from far and near have assembled in Madurai. The winner gets plenty of money; and this money is placed near the main door of the assembly hall itself. The learned men are explaining their ideas to the king. An officer of the palace of Vallabhadeva had a dream. Lord Shrinivasa of Simhadri, a place at a distance of ten miles from Madurai, appeared in the dream and said, "Go at once to Shrivilliputtur and bring Vishnuchitta to Madurai." Vallabhadeva had a minister and religious adviser, Shelvanambi by name.
